I have been asked by the seller to take sealed bids on approximately 69.3 acres of farm land on the west side of Silberhorn Hwy., between E. Ridgeville Road and E Mulberry Rd, Section 29, Riga Township, Lenawee County, Michigan, owned by the Tiede Sibling Trust. All sealed bids will be opened by seller on September 26th at 2PM. After that time REALTOR will attempt to call participants to give them a chance to increase bid. SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR REFUSE ANY BID, EVEN IF IT IS THE HIGHEST BID.
